I’ve been travelling – a week in Victoria – and not posting updates, but I’ve been walking and here is some proof! Ogden Point was one of my favourite places to walk in Victoria, but I only walked it a few times at dusk. This trip was especially fine because of the gorgeous weather and sunset.

Back in Vancouver, I finally walked all around Stanley Park (it’s 8.8 km) and saw this statue which is perched on a rock in the ocean. People seem to think she is a mermaid, but she’s a diver. And, while the leaves are starting to come down with the first of the fall rainy weather, there are still blossoms around. This Rhododendron is, I think, from a variety that blooms more than once a year. I’ve seen a few of them on my walks. Peace.
